Event Cancellation Policy

 

If You Purchased Using Cash (Non-voucher):

If you request cancellation 90 days or more before the event start date, you are eligible for a course credit for a future course based on availability. If you register for an event that starts in less than 90 days, you have two business days from the registration date to cancel for a course credit for a future course based on availability. Any request to cancel within 90 days of the event that is beyond the cancellation window, will be determined on a case to case basis. Please reach out to info@beverlyhillsdentallab.com.

If you have less than 90 days but 60 days or more before the event date, you are eligible for an extension which can be redeemed for a future event. Your extension must be used within one calendar year of the original date of order. Extension seat availability is offered as a courtesy and is not guaranteed - events must have “extension seats” available in order to register using an extension.

Any request to cancel or reschedule that is received less than 60 days before the event start date is not eligible for extension or refund and will result in forfeiture of funds.

Campus Event Cancellations Due to COVID-19 Closure:

Based on recommendations from the CDC, Spear has cancelled in-person clinical workshops and clinical seminars at the Beverly Hills facility from March through May 2020. To accommodate our customers, Beverly Hills Dental Labs has implemented the following:

• For cancelled hands-on clinical workshops: customers are eligible for a special extension which can be redeemed for a future event within one calendar year of the original event date.

All campus events are subject to cancellation policy, availability and advanced registration requirements.
